BLUE BREAD WITH BEETROOT (GLUTEN FREE & FULL ANTIOXIDANTS)

Ingredients:

  • 300g Bluecorn flour
  • ¼ glass of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g yeast
  • 1 medium beet
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

Sift flour and pour into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and eggs, mix for a while. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar and sprinkle on the top with flour, leave to rise. Grow the yeast and add it to the bowl with the flour and mix until all the ingredients are mixed together. We grind the beets on fine mesh and squeeze the juice out of it, add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix until the ingredients are completely mixed together. Cover the bread mold with baking paper and put in a ready-made dough. We leave the mold with the content in a warm place for 15 minutes. After this time, we bake bread for 60 minutes. in 180 degrees.

Delicious, heavy, filling and full of healthy anthocyanins bread.
