BREAD WITH BLUE CORN AND CARROT
- 300g Bluecorn flour
- 300ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 40g yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar (preferably cane or coconut sugar)
- Pinch of salt
- 0.5 carrots (medium)
Sift flour and pour into a bowl, add salt and eggs, mix for a moment. Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm milk, sweeten and lightly sprinkle the flour. Leave until the yeast begins to grow. Pour the remaining warm milk into a bowl of flour and mix. Once the yeast has grown up, add it to the mixed flour with milk and mix until the dough completely merges. We put the whole mass into a bread form and leave it in a warm place for about 15 minutes. After this time, put in a preheated oven for 60 minutes in 180 degrees.
The bread is wet, heavy, delicious ... and healthy.
