EASTER LEMON CAKE (LITTLE ON YELLOW AND BLUE

Ingredients:

  • 150g of bluecorn flour
  • ½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric
  • 4 eggs
  • 80g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of vanillin sugar
  • lemon skin
  • 100g butter

Preparation:

Sift flour and put into a bowl, add turmeric, baking powder and vanillin sugar. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and whip the egg whites until stiff. Add sugar to the whipped egg whites and mix until the sugar is thoroughly mixed. Then add egg yolks and mix for a while. Put the flour into the ready mass, mix it thoroughly and slowly with a spoon. Melt the butter, rub the skin of a half lemon and put into butter. Mix it gently with the mass. Spread the mold with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour. Move the mass to the mold and put it in the oven for 40 minutes in 170 degrees.
