Blue porridge for breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 250ml of water (milk possible too)
  • Spoonfulls of bluecorn cornmeal

Preparation:

Put cold water into porridge and mix until boils. When the porridge cools, add a spoon of coconut oil or linseed oil. May be served with fresh fruit, reisins, nuts, maple sirup or honey.
