Blue oatmeal cookies
Ingredients:
- 150 dag of bluecorn cornmeal
- 150 dag of glutenfree oatmeal flakes
- 2 teaspoons of ground flaxseed
- 2 bananas
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder (glutenfree)
- 20 dag of raisins
- 20 dag of ground nuts
- 200 g of almond milk
Preparation:
Mix together milk, dry ingredients, raisins and nuts. Leave 15 minutes. Add mashed bananas to the mixture and mix. Form cookies. Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
