Blue baguettes


  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 glass of water
  • 20g yeast
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 350g bluecorn flour


Add butter and sugar to boiling milk, and mix until all ingredients are melted. Add water to milk and leave to cool.
Dissolve yeast in the cool mixture. Add salt and gradually add flour during mixing to get sticky dough. Form the dough into oblong rolls and press delicately on top. Place baguettes on baking pan lined with parchment paper. Put into the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
