GLUTEN-FREE EASTER PASTRY

Ingredients:

  • 200g bluecorn flour
  • 100g butter
  • 50g of sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation:

Melt butter with sugar. Sift the flour and put into a bowl, add the egg yolk and mix. Then slowly add butter to the flour, add 3 drops of vanilla extract and milk, mix everything until the dough is homogeneous. We put the ready mass into a freezer for about 20 minutes.
After this time, form pancakes in the shape of eggs and put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the dough for 30min in 180 degrees.

When the cake cools down, decorate and BON APPETIT !
