SIMPLE MUFFINS GLUTENFREE

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2/3 glass of sugar
  • 3 glasses of bluecorn flour
  • 1/3 glass of tapioca starch
  • 0,5 spoon of apple vinegar
  • 2 spoons of rice oil
  • 3/4 glass of blueberries

Preparation:

Whip the egg whites until stiff. Add the yolks one by one. Mix to mix the ingredients. Add the vinegar and oil, stirring with a wooden spoon only. At the end, sift the flour mixture and add to the mass. Add blueberries, mix only to combine the ingredients. Put the mass into muffin-molds, bake for about 15 minutes (till a dry stick), 180 degrees without hot air.
