Pancakes with blue corn porridge and strawberry mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • 400g bluecorn cornmeal
  • coconut oil for frying
  • strawberry mousse

Preparation:

Mix milk, water, eggs, salt and sugar into creamy foam. Then, pour porridge gradually and mix for a while. Heat frying pan and add little oil. Pour some amount of batter in the pan and fry thin pancakes. Before you pour the batter on the pan, stir it well. Otherwise, the porridge can deposit at the bottom of the bowl.
When fried, pour the strawberry mousse over the top.
