BLUE GLUTEN-FREE DOUGHNUTS

Ingredients for 6 doughnuts:

  • 7g fresh food yeast
  • 25ml water
  • 200g bluecorn flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 20g honey/or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil/or butter
  • 85g milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

Dissolve oil with milk and leave to cool. Yeast and honey, heat up and mix. Leave to cool. Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl, pour chilled milk with oil and add egg.
Knead the dough well (should be thin and sticky). Leave in a bowl, in a warm place for 1h.
Form the dough into balls and press delicately on top. Transfer to the baking tray linked with parchment paper.
Bake in 200 degrees for about 8 minutes. Ready doughnuts fill with favourite jam and frost.
