Gluten-free breakfast buns

Ingredients:

  • 250g bluecorn cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix to make dough. Use the well-kneaded dough to form buns and put them in a baking try lined with parchment paper. Put the buns into the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
